How Underly protects the statements you upload
Underly is hosted on AWS. Every statement is encrypted in transit and at rest, visible only to your organization, never used to train AI models, and deleted when you say.

- Underly is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Encryption
- TLS on every connection, and statements and figures encrypted at rest.
- Separation
- Each organization's statements are stored separately and visible only to its own members.
- AI training
- Statements and figures are never used to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
- One analysis
- Delete it whenever you're done. Its statements, figures and files go with it.
- Automatic deletion
- Have analyses deleted 30 days to 7 years after they're created. Owners and admins set the period and get an email 7 days before anything is deleted.
- Original files
- Delete each statement's PDF as soon as it's been read, and keep the figures.
- Your organization
- The owner can delete the organization from Settings, with every analysis, file, export and API key in it.

Are our statements used to train AI models?
No. Statements and figures are never used to train AI models.
Who can see our statements?
Only members of your organization. Each organization's statements are stored separately from every other customer's.
How long do you keep our statements?
Until you delete them. Owners and admins can also have analyses deleted automatically, 30 days to 7 years after they're created.
