Funder rules for brokers
Save each funder you send files to with its rules, such as minimum monthly true revenue, most existing MCA positions, NSFs a month, credit score, funding range and excluded states or industries. Every analysis then has a Funders tab that shows which of them the file fits and, for each one it doesn't, which rule fails, with the figure it was checked against. Owners and admins set the rules under Settings, Funders.
Underly API
Send statements from your loan origination system or CRM and read the finished analysis back as JSON, with a signed webhook when it's done. Owners and admins create API keys under Settings, API. On paid plans.
Statements from photos
Upload a statement as a JPG, PNG or TIFF photo and Underly reads it like a PDF. Each photo is read on its own, so put a longer statement's pages in one PDF.
Funders by name, and pulls on the Offer calendar
Positions name each funder Underly recognizes, with its logo, and keep the names the bank printed underneath; any other funder keeps the bank's own line. The Offer tab's balance calendar shows existing pulls beside the new offer's payments, the days a payment would overdraw the account and the months missing from the file.
A PDF report with your logo
Export any analysis as a PDF with accounts, key figures, month by month, positions and statements, and add the offer and the assessment when you want them. Owners and admins can put the organization's logo on it.
Excel workbook export
Download any analysis as a workbook with Summary, Months, Positions, Offer and Transactions sheets. The figures match the app, and which positions count toward debt service, which get paid off at funding and the offer inputs stay live formulas you can change in Excel.
